Reagan Outdoor Advertising sells and operates out-of-home advertising across seven markets in the United States. Our head office is:

What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our enquiry form we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, company name, business street address and city, email address, telephone number, the market you are asking about, your answers about existing lease agreements or structures on your property, and whatever you write in the enquiry itself. We also record that you ticked the consent box, together with the date and the wording you agreed to.
Information collected automatically. Our web server records standard technical data for every visit, including IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and to send you the pricing, availability and format information you asked for.
- To continue that conversation until your question is resolved.
- To keep the website secure and to prevent automated abuse of our forms.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us, and we do not send campaigns to people who have not asked to hear from us.
Third parties we use
- Google reCAPTCHA protects our forms from automated submissions. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Google Analytics gives us aggregate statistics about site usage and sets cookies in your browser to do so.
- Google Fonts supplies typefaces used on this site.
- Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf so that the site runs and so that our replies reach you.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some parts may behave differently.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we have an active or prospective business relationship with you, and afterwards only for as long as we need them for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Server logs are kept for a short period and then overwritten.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
- stop contacting you.
Write to info@reaganoutdoor.com and we will respond. If you tell us to stop emailing you, we stop — no further step is required from you.
Residents of California and of other states with comparable privacy laws have specific rights of access, correction, deletion and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it. You may exercise these rights using the address above, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
Security
This site is served over an encrypted connection and sits behind a web application firewall. Access to enquiry records is limited to staff who need it to answer you. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
